Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. You will receive a personalized Good Faith Estimate through your Client Portal prior to your initial session.

For more information about your rights regarding the Good Faith Estimate, you can read the full notice provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). 

• Timeline: If you schedule at least 3 business days in advance, you should receive a written estimate within 1 business day; if scheduled at least 10 business days in advance, you should receive it within 3 business days. You may also request an estimate before scheduling, which must be provided within 3 business days.
• Dispute Rights: If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate from a provider or facility, you can dispute the bill.
• Keep Records: Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate and the bill.
