Our mental health counseling services are designed to support management of anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Using CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, we provide strengths-based support to build coping skills, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Walk and Talk Therapy combines counseling with the benefits of movement, fresh air, and time outdoors. Sessions take place in local parks and outdoor spaces, providing a comfortable and flexible setting to reflect, build skills, and work toward your goals.
Sessions can be scheduled as an occasional option or as part of your regular therapy routine—whatever best supports your needs and preferences.
Build the skills you need to feel more organized, confident, and in control. Executive function coaching supports neurodivergent teens and young adults with planning, organization, time management, self-advocacy, and life transitions through practical strategies tailored to their unique needs and strengths.
College and life transitions can bring new challenges with managing stress, independence, organization, and self-confidence. We support navigating these changes through a combination of mental health counseling and executive function coaching. Together, we build practical skills, strengthen coping strategies, and develop personalized tools to help you succeed in college, work, and everyday life.
